Your Derm Chronicles is a curated skincare destination focused on science-backed, dermatologist-approved products. We handpick every product we carry to ensure it meets our standards for safety, efficacy, and quality — so you can build a routine that actually works for your skin.
We carry products for all skin types including oily, dry, combination, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. Every product listing clearly mentions the skin types it is suited for. If you are unsure which products are right for you, feel free to reach out to our team for a personalised recommendation.
Yes. All products on our platform are either dermatologist-tested, dermatologist-recommended, or formulated in consultation with certified skin specialists. We do not carry products that contain known harsh irritants without clear disclosure.
All products sold on Your Derm Chronicles are cruelty-free. We do not work with brands that test on animals at any stage of production. Many of our products are also vegan — this is indicated on the individual product pages.
Yes! You can use our built-in AI Skincare Assistant (chat icon, bottom right) to get personalised product recommendations based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. For medical concerns or severe skin conditions, we recommend consulting a registered dermatologist.
Currently, Your Derm Chronicles operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer a wider range of products at competitive prices without the overhead of a physical retail space. We ship across India and are working on expanding our reach.

Orders & Shipping

Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders, order tracking, and access to your order history.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–6 business days for other locations. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for select pin codes.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of ₹999 or more within India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log in to your account and visit 'My Orders' to check the latest status.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@yourdermchronicles.com. Once the order has been processed for dispatch, changes cannot be made. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns on delivered orders.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes in India. A nominal handling fee of ₹39 applies to COD orders. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Products & Skincare

Each product page includes a detailed description, ingredient list, and key skin type suitability information. You can also use our AI Skincare Bot (available on the website) to get personalised recommendations based on your skin type and concerns.
100% yes. We source all our products directly from authorised brand distributors and official brand channels. We do not work with grey-market suppliers. Every product comes with original brand packaging, batch codes, and valid expiry dates.
All products shipped from our warehouse have a minimum of 6 months of remaining shelf life from the date of delivery. The exact manufacturing and expiry dates are printed on the product packaging as per regulatory requirements.
Most products can be layered, but some ingredients (like retinol and vitamin C, or AHAs and retinol) are best used at different times or on alternate nights. Product pages include usage tips and common combinations to avoid. When in doubt, start with one new product at a time.
Discontinue use immediately if you experience redness, burning, excessive itching, or any allergic reaction. Rinse the area with cool water. If the reaction is severe, please seek medical advice. Contact us at support@yourdermchronicles.com — we will guide you on next steps and the return/refund process.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged.
Email us at returns@yourdermchronicles.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary. We also offer instant store credit as an alternative.
We sincerely apologise! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourdermchronicles.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and a photo of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). If the return is due to our fault, we also provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Account & Payments

No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, saved addresses, faster checkout, and exclusive member offers.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by our certified payment gateway partners. Any saved card details are tokenised and managed securely by the payment provider.
Click 'Sign In' then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Generally, only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms. Some site-wide offers (like free shipping) may stack with discount codes — the applicable discount will be displayed at checkout.

Privacy & Security

We use your personal information to process and fulfil your orders, send order updates, and (with your consent) share relevant skincare tips and promotional offers. We do not sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
To request account deletion, please email privacy@yourdermchronicles.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 7 business days. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your order history and saved information.
